Trust me they did but all three, including Kenma were so concerned because Akaashi got physically hurt and they weren't sure yet how he would react. And since he was unconscious Akaashi didn't have the time to work through what happened yet, while Kenma did. But don't worry both of them were spoiled and babied greatly 😊
