27:30 Fun Fact: That's the same Brachiosaurus that Alan Grant and Dr. Sattler met in the original Jurassic Park, which honestly makes the scene a lot more harrowing and heartbreaking.
I'm not telling you that you're making that up, but how do you know? Is there a recognizable pattern? Was it mentioned by a producer? Or was it simply hinted in the storyline?
Sad fact: its confirmed that the brachiosaurus that died was the same one from the very first movie aswell. Like a sending off saying goodbye to isla nublar.
fun fact Originally there was going to be a white indoraptor that was going to be killed by the black one, but they cut it out since it would be too similar to the indominus killing its sibling. The white indoraptor is now used in the jurassic world mobile games as an easter egg I guess.
It's also a skin option in Evolution and Evolution 2, white skin with a blue stripe. I like to make both the movie one and white one for their enclosure, siblings living together.
Blue remembered Owen she just also knew she couldn’t trust humans Owen isn’t willing to stand in front of. Humans who circle are a threat, when they stand in front and at her mercy she is more inclined to let her guard down. She attacks the men when she saw a threat circulating behind Owen, she was protecting him.

@@Jakkob37you know what's the saddest part? At the end where we see blue, she was calling for other raptors, and we already know she's the only one. 😔
I always liked this one more than Jurassic World. I loved how darker it was, and I thought the Indo-Raptor was way more terrifying than the Idominus Rex.
Yeah I agree, I personally enjoyed jurassic world more but it was still lacking when it came to the horror aspect which has worked in the original movies. And the indoraptor is definitely way scarier cause if the indominus was chasing you you can just go inside of a big building and i doubt he'll be able to break the whole wall down without hurting itself, but the indoraptor could sneak in through a big enough door or window.
@@jonathanmendoza2906 I have a real pet peeve about her running in the high heels Simply because I really enjoyed the fact that the original Jurassic Park movies never had the women dressed like that they were hiking gear The women in the other movies were just more badass, so Claire was a major disappointment to me. kind of like when Megan‘s fox character in transformers got replaced with a character that just stood around looking at things and getting rescued 🙄
Scary thing is they just left the Indoraptor's body dangling there. We don't know what happened to it and if there is a body left then there is blood. So the possibility of more being made some day is always there
Jurassic World is far better than Jurassic Park to me. I watched the first one on my birthday because I absolutely loved what Owen was able to do with the raptors and how he is as a character. He never thought he could control them or keep them in cages. He knew they were wild animals and should, would, never be used for entertainment or human conflicts.
The end of the island when it's on fire and dying and seeing the Brachiosaurus last cry is heartbreaking considering it's supposed to be the same one from park one that we see the first time being introduce to a dinosaur in the movies, but it's the same one. It's just sad seeing the island being destroyed and the fact that they were doubled crossed and left to die.
By the way some major shit was happening on the island just a few hours before the prologue. I suggest you watch Camp Cretaceous and it's sequel. It shows interesting perspectives of what went down during these events.
Funfact (REALLY NOT FUNNY) The Brachiosaurus that was left on the Island was the same one we first saw in Jurassic Park. Symbolizing hammond's dream died with that Brachio there

I believe the entire point was the laser technology used to direct it. The idea would be to keep soldiers away from combat and have a living weapon take care of it. Like imagine you can set targets with a laser from a satellite or a drone. I'm guessing if it were in the military it'd be used for ground units, obviously nothing too heavily armed it would make quick work of. It's not really a flaw because it kind of makes sense, less people you have to pay, less money spent on ammo, etc.

Also, when watching Dominion, watch the extended version. It helps with the pacing, helps set up characters a hit more and is generally a better watch. As for after the movies, there's a new one coming out next year called "Jurassic World Rebirth". Also, also, there is also a Netflix series called “Camp Cretaceous”, which is about a group of kids that got stuck on Isla Nublar after the Indominus Rex broke out. It’s aimed for a younger audience (young teens) but I still enjoyed it. After that there is a sequel series called “Chaos Theory” which is alot better imo and helps build up the events to Dominion.
From what I remember in high school biology plants actually give animals way more energy than meat so a herbivore gets the nutrients directly from the plants and a carnivore gets the nutrients after they’ve passed through the herbivore so they get less out of it so a carnivore has to eat a lot more than a herbivore and herbivores can get absolutely massive sometimes because plants are so much more abundant than meat
