  • Enjoy the magic of the Lower Mainland’s largest free outdoor lights display at Lafarge Lake in Town Centre Park Coquitlam BC. The Lights at Lafarge drew in over 200,000 spectators every year, and is continuing to be a fan favourite this year with plenty of free events!
The impressive display encircles the 1.2 km loop around Lafarge lake, glittering in over 100,000 lights. Separated by 10 zones, you’ll walk through the winter lights entry gate.
The City of Coquitlam turns Lafarge Lake into a magical, dazzling display of lights every winter. As you wander around the waters edge you are treated to varying light installations. Look for the flowers made out of recyclables, the chandelier that dazzles from above, the whimsical creatures poking out from amongst the trees.

I never in my 16 years of living... I never went to see the Christmas lights in Vancouver or anywhere that has amazing and unique Christmas lights. The only time I went to see Christmas lights wasn’t on purpose. It was accidentally done. And if that doesn’t make any sense. I meant like seeing Christmas lights in outside lamp? Light poles. And my house 😅
