I think Coco's comment on this topic is so messy since you have mixed personal finance strategy with government finance strategy. Government financial strategy has to prepare in advance on any possible risk, such a scenario like Russia is being sanction and kickoff from SWIFT system. It can also occur to HK or any other government body. I think Coco should be more putting your KOL in middle and fair manner rather than bull-shiting personal strategy to government strategy. Again HK currency can flexibity linked (optional) with other currency as needed, such EURO, USD, RMB, Gold, Oil etc.
