Dear Aona, I can't thank you enough for putting out these brilliant videos out there, for all your work! Thanks to you, I've gone through 3 rounds of interview process to my ideal company at this point in time for a User Researcher role in my dream destination, and I couldn't have done it without you. The company know their stuff when it comes to research and design process, and my background has little direct relevant experience, but mostly transferrable skills and examples. I've got throug everything including the technical round. And am now negotiating an offer. Thank you so, so much. I wish I've found you earlier x

@@AonaTalks Hi Aona, as someone considering this transition with a PhD, I think many of us are wondering how to illustrate that our PhDs are actually an asset. Perhaps interviewing those who've done this transition with a PhD would be helpful? I also personally come from the humanities so anything that would help with those from that background rather than social sciences would be super helpful.
