Depends on delt V most of the time they will just throw it to GEO that is why the payload capacity gets smaller when talking about GEO on the same rocket eg 20+ Tons to LEO vs 8 Tons to GEO

They to far for lag free communication & signal strength is another issue see the size of dish TV u can't have that on you mobile

did you not understand receiving satellite signal is very tough is needs a very large surface to concentrate it and even sat mobile phone which is talking to LEO sat needs a big battery and large antenna geo would be even harder and not to mention the LAG
