    Agree that a couple of the bigger channels don’t seem like collectors anymore, it’s all about the reviews and views.

    I believe you Stats, I’ve ordered from Tweeterhead before and their customer is horrible! I stopped ordering directly from them and for Chris the Batman Statue Collector to come out and make sure a comment it just strengthens by belief that he’s a shady individual. Did you watch Radd Titan video when they were talking how much of a clown he is? The next day he made some bs excuse. Oh, he ninja watches all the TH-camr channels that are into this hobby. Keep doing your thing Stats and stay humble. I love your channel! I never worry when I buy from you.😊

    You better call that relative back and tell them you are joking about $1500. They are calling insane institutions around you about to have you committed bro lol
    Appreciate you sharing your honest viewpoints. It's refreshing in a hobby that can tend to get a bit copycat(ish) and with the politics.

    Thanks for keeping it real. Tired of the BS, pun intended, with the BSC. Tweeterhead needs to fo better or close shop. I won't be purchasing anything else from them. Customer service is a big deal and getting quality products in a timely fashion is as well.

    I agree with everything said. Was watching two podcasts where chad was in, and yeah, not a good look on any of them. Hope he reads the comment section of those videos and acts accordingly as everything written was in good faith, some ppl really took the time to pour their thoughts and suggestions. Personally, think the best thing to do is just to go trough Sideshow exclusively and close shop. This idea can not succeed as it will set a precedent. I'm new to the hobby and I was glad to see someone else voicing their concern in a video who has been colleting for more then a decade. I have stopped all my Tweeterhead orders for now as I'm really left with no other choice.

      @@Arynex The problem with that is, I’ve ordered directly from TWEET TWEET TWEET because they offer exclusives only through them and if you pay in full their price are cheaper than Sideshow. Any smart consumer would go with that option. Then longggggggg wait begins, you finally receive your statue, only to find the quality is poor or it’s damaged, but there’s no refund? Customer service never gets back to you or answers when we call, who wouldn’t think this is shady business. I use to watch the Bull Shit Channel(BSC), and couldn’t believe he made that comment. But it’s obvious, the owner sends him prototypes. I was lucky I ordered 3-face through SS, the statue appeared to be made with cheap material, my friend sent his back to SS 2 times, the 3rd time they couldn’t replace it so he was refunded. Go check my review on it, I didn’t disparage the business. SS, gave me 3 options, replacement, store credit, or full refund. I choose store credit and POed Weapon X. 1 wrong move with 3-Face and that thing will shatter, leaving it beyond repair. We waited for years only to be told if you don’t like it go elsewhere AND no refunds! So as a collector because I paid for something I wanted and received garbage voicing my opinion is spreading hatred????? Huhhhh???? WTF?????

    A company or dealer that refuses to refund money for a defective or damaged product especially if they know damaged of defectiveness is a high possibility is WILD!!! NO MORE BUSINESS FOR YOU BAD STATUE DEALER!! #dobetter

    In the U.S. the works of If your not happy go else where. Is a threat companies use to say there BS customer service is okay. An if you have a problem with it leave.
    There has been times companies would say that to me an i would stop doing business with them.

      Exactly! But to be fair, it didn’t come from the owner of the business, it came from an influencer that ninja watches and secretly competes with other TH-camrs. He gets free stuff which is fine, so he’ll kiss a&s! If I was the owner I would disengage with him because it’s clear that kind of attitude is bad for business. And if this guy was my kids teacher, I would pull them out of that school.

      He-Man but I will not give them one cent directly. I’ll grab it from the Aftermarket. Last cent I gave them
      Was for Beastman which doesn’t look like he will ever ship. Can’t stand them Bro and I use to be a champion for them.

    I agree, that sounds like a company that’s going to take your money and could care less if you received a damaged product because they can’t meet the demand of the consumer. I’m just curious to know who’s the influencer? Some of them get free stuff and paid from the business, so they wont speak against their boss. 😂😂😂😂

      @TANNYY I’m not here to slander anyone because I strongly disagree, but the community will tell you. I don’t like a company behaving like I’ll die of if I don’t buy from them and if I do and I’m not satisfied with their product, I won’t be refunded. It’s insane and pure greed in my opinion.

    I think tweeterhead products ...at least the ones i own are good products but this ridiculous wait time to receive a statue i paid in full January 2024 and should have received in April 2024..yet i im still waiting for this piece. Ive emailed tweeterhead many times and im still waiting for a response from customer service. This company needs to step their game up quick or they're going to lose alot of customers regardless of how nice their statues are.

      Yes, and that’s all we’re saying. Dude I always paid in full because the price is lower if you order directly from them, but if things get tight don’t put the liability on your customers. We want what we pay for, and this guy who’s suppose to be an influencer is telling us to go elsewhere if we don’t like it? Huh? Since when businesses dictate how we spend our money?
