Absolutely love her concept. These are some of the amazing stories the world must hear. We support each other as Africans and with, this the world is gonna be a better place ❤
This lady talks so much sense!! I never unstand why ghana has to import so much, they can grow in abundance, the fresh fruit/veg is the best you can ever taste!
Thank you Anahita for another amazing program. Great concept by Aimee and the team of Ghana Food Movement. We need more focus on the wealth of the traditional diet. Let's value Millet, Sorghum, Yam and of course the mighty Guinea Fowl 🙏🏼Good luck to them!
We also need to preserve our own seedlings for our traditional food, growing up in Ghana. My grandmother had about ten different types of yams she used to grow on her farm .
Thank you. I Agree with you 100% . There are many indigenous ingredients that not only can supply most of food demand in Ghana but can be also exported
@veraaddoyobo8482 thank God there is a seed bank that preserve the seeds natural, original seeds. We also need to ensure our children are fed our local dishes, as some parents are feeding their children macaroni and cheese 🤦🏽♂️
@@Anaieta Aimee mentioned Thomas Sankara....Sankara the late President of Burkina Faso (1983-1987 assassinated), said, "the man who feeds you, controls you", and started an agricultural program that would increase agricultural yield and free the Burkinabe from imported food and dependency on world food assistance !In less than 4 years, he made Burkina Faso an agricultural product exporter and more importantly food secure. So if Sankara could do that in a country like Burkina Faso, how much more can Ghana do!

This is ideal , it will help to educate people about how the use of the many food sources available also their various nutritional value.
Infact your plans are good for Ghana and Africa.

What about GMO seeds? Do not buy them!
Probably because they dont want to grow it themselves....
Why wouldn’t “they”?
@@Anaieta Because if they where growing it themselves they wouldn't need to import anything. Most countries are lazy or dont want to be farmers.
@@KJV7154It is the world outside that do not allow african countries to be selfsufficient!
Ghana they have white heart for foreigners and Dark heart for themselves
NOT true.
