Not even working hours here 12 hours job and abusive all time shoutings languages ,targer,huddle, branch banking,hell,looking like heaven according to customer. I love my 9 to 5 job. It's not about founding startup or being entrepreneur for everyone. Normalize 9 to 5 jobs. It pays me well , I get quality time to spend with my family after 5. It's not about IT companies or anything, it's about you. You need to prioritise work life balance. Be it a IT job or startup or business etc.

not everyone is made for it...i have tried several jobs but i realised i can't be suppressed while on job...i have dominating nature so i opened a business....and being a boss is the best thing .
