    i got a question for butterfly, are there any tips so i dont get gassed on the 100 fly, i do good first 50 but lose it all the second, for me, its that it gets hard to lift my arms out of the water and i feel like my breathing sucks.

      I know you said you did good on the first 50 but a tip that could help is that you’re gonna go fast on the first 50 either way cause it’s off a dive and it’s fresh so take advantage of your easy speed. Go in a rhythm and just try and keep your hips up. It’s hard to explain over a comment 😭

      @ well today i got a pb on 100fly, i still screwed up a turn and inhaled some water, when i inhaled water, it screwed up my rhythm but still got a pb somehow lol

      That’s great! It was most likely the adrenaline. I’ve done that many times

    What dryland or regular workouts do you do to maintain endurance? Are there also any exercises that can help make pulling through the water feel easier and faster, as well as making it so my arms don't completely die in the middle of a race.

      I do the basic Olympic lifts and a bunch of explosive stuff too like jumps
