The counter only works one way so saying your cav did 60% less to his range is not correct. You can only counter people so range does 60% more to cav inf 60% to range and cav 60% to inf but not the other way around.

So DirtyBBQ hit you with Range but you took that in inf phal so does the counter still work ? dont you have to sit in cav phal in order to activate his range counter blast? cuz i didnt see him countering. i think becz of the extra 15% army atk,def,hp battle fury research thing he might got a walkback
When you read the counter boost definition like in research (cav vs range), it says specifically that the troops get less damage from the cav troops. The counter boost is not specific to the formation. It’s more specific to the troops fighting in the battle I’ve taken rallies not could have been an easy cap, but now they always survive with 100-300k troops coz of the counter buff even tho I counter them because 1/3 of my troops does 30-60% less damage unlike back then which i doesn’t have that issue
My guild went against OP- in DA couple days back... yeah that dirtybbq definitely hits hard xD thankfully we were also DTF so they let us get our solos haha
