I agree 😂 I have very straight hair. I want it a little wavy to have move volume. But I think Kiu said when his hair grows out a bit it will look more natural. They also just completely flat ironed it to help it straighten. It will probably look better after a wash or when he steps outside and gets hit by the humidity 😂
As a fellow curly haired person, just because it looks good now doesn’t mean it always does 😂 Curly hair can be a lot of work and depending on the type of hair/curls you have, humidity can wreak havoc on it really quickly so I don’t blame him for getting it straightened. And just like a lot of straight hair people will curl their hair sometimes, we also enjoy straight hair once in a while 😊

As a baby-faced person, never let us guess your age. I've noticed people with baby-faces tend to be really good at correctly guessing ages within a couple years margin of error, even if the person also has a baby-face or looks older than their age. Seeing him accidentally deflate Kiu was very relatable since I've done that myself a lot because growing up with a baby-face skewed my concept of aging to a much more subtle and nuanced version that relies a lot less on traditional aging concepts. 😅
We did personal colors in a fashion elective course I took in high school. It's interesting how every country seems to have a variation on a straight perm. I'll have to ask my stylist what the difference is if anything. In my area a straight perm would probably be considered a Brazilian Blowout treatment. I've had it done twice and wow it makes my hair humidity resistant. I know it has some harsh chemicals in it that are dangerous, but at the time the outcome was worth the risk. Nowadays the smell and the risk are too high for me to take a chance on them again. So now I am back on the hunt again to find the right wave/curl products to embrace my natural wavy texture.

Actually, one thing that I noticed is that the French and Italian people age really weIl. In the U.S people are more inclined to look mature, but not all western countries are like that. Maybe is something cultural?
