EMPD Youth Academy

We want to congratulate all the EMPD Youth Cadets for attending our first EMPD youth academy and graduating after a memorable week of many experiences. A huge shout out to the parents of these cadets for making accommodations in their busy schedules and allowing their children to have this unique opportunity. The amount of growth in them this past week was very evident, and we are sure we will soon see many apply for our EMPD Cadet program.
We will be accepting applications for our 2nd EMPD Youth Academy during the upcoming winter season. Follow us on social media to stay in the know, space is limited for each class.
The Northwest Valley Family YMCA was generous and allowed us to use their facility for our banquet and graduation ceremony, while our local Walmart's contributions were invaluable during the week. We couldn't have done it without their support.
