Sir, I doubt if the 3rd house from can be applied to the "next" except when you consider siblings ( 5th is first child, 3rd is sibling and 3rd from 5th is second child). I think 8th from the 7th ( 2nd) is termination of first marriage, so I look at the second lord's dignity for 2nd marriage. Thanks.

The position of Mars which is the 9th lord is not known. Also the degrees of Ketu, Saturn and Lagna are not known. All these information is important to evaluate the chart.

Sir, if venus, mercury, moon and sun are in 7th house from lagna(Capricorn ascendent) and there is Jupiter's vision on that house, will the person have second marriage ?? We got a nice marriage proposal for my daughter and one of the astrologer threatened that the guy will have second marriage and leave his first wife. We are in a confused state. We are not able to take a decision. Please respond.

Cancer ascendant as 7th lord saturn is in 10th house Debilitated and retrograde (weak) , 9th lord in 9th house retrograde (strong) aspecting lagna has mars 5th lord but debilitated.. Ascendant is 11.9 Jupiter is 2.6 Saturn is 9.4 and mars is at 8.11 Degrees

The 7th lord being debilitated and retrograde and its dispositor Mars is also debilitated indicates weak disposition of the 7th. Also the 9th in the 9th puts immense pressure over the native to get into the second marriage. The other situations are not known as the whole chart as to be analysed.

Hello sir.... i am gemini ascendant...and my 7th lord jupiter is debilated in 6th house along with ketu...and 9th lord saturn is exalted in 5th house along with sun & mercury. So, is this rule apply to my chart...?
Jupiter for a Gemini ascendant gets debilitated in the 8th sign from it i.e Capricorn.
