Sir ye sare sections yad krne hoge kya like 101 section hai to sabhi ko yad Krna hoga...or aap jitne bii sections kra rahe ho in sbhi ko yad rkhna hoga kya?
Fortification means increasing amt of nutrients which are already present in the food for better absorption in the body. Eg:- milk is fortified with vitamin D and Vitamin A

@@ashishsurja9267 sorry but Swa education ans is wrong😅 see it's simple - if nutrient is naturally present still adding more then it's fortification. If nutrient is not naturally present, and then adding it in the food, it's called enrichment. I'm sure jst like u Swa education got confused. Human error, not a big deal.
