I bought this trailer, but mine has the heavier axials 10,000 gvr . Load trails quality is very good, and they stand behind their products. Very pleased with my trailer and will be buying from them again!!
While you knowledge of cast/forged is certainly far superior to mine, yes, it is cast. The vast majority of trailer of trailers with adjustable couplers almost all use cast couplers, although if you google then, some refer to them as forged as well. Meanwhile stationary couplers (lower GVW or cheaper trailers) generally use a stamped coupler. The only couplers actually called a forged part are generally pintle couplers, and occasionally some heavy duty ball mounts for the truck side.
Kinda a loaded question as it depends on a number of factors...time of year, weight of load, tongue weight o load, if it has a charge line, group size of battery, type/efficiency/cycle time of hoist, gravity or power down, if the battery is topped of to start, etc. With this exact setup, I'd guess a dozen or so, but again, can change drastically depending on factors above. I've had some dumps that only got 4-6, others in the twenties.

Why would I want Power Down when Gravity Down is free?
How many unloads it can do on a single charge? And how does it get charged? From the trailimg truck or regular electricity socket?
