Dude, I LOVE how Fast this game looks! One of my major gripes with Pokemon Fan Games is how slow they can feel sometimes, but this game looks like it feels super quick an snappy! That right there is awesome. I gotta check this out at some point. Also, that Starter interaction before the Nickname looks like the PERFECT place to SR for a Shiny Starter lol!

oh yeah my cousin from kalos caught the gods of life and death my cousin from kanto used a glitch to clone his master balls and then caught some birds and the ancestor of all pokemon my cousin from sinnoh just caught god my cousin from hoenn stuffed the creators of land, sea, and the sky into a PC my cousin from jhoto just got some legendary doggos my cousin from unova is bopping while his pokemon has low health my cousin in alola is enjoying island life my cousin from galar is wondering why some pokemon are popping out of existence and why the trees look like porygon (1)
The first minute of this game shows such a simple but elegant way to mix it up the usual choose your gender, name and starter. GameFreak could take some lessons from this guys.

Usually what I do when a new game comes out with new mons, I end up doing what I've ended up calling a Newlocke, where it's nuzlocke rules and all that, but I can only catch new pokemon. I do it just so it forces me to have variety on my team instead of using ones i already know are good for my team.
Little tip: be really careful about your starter, his presence in your team is particularly important Also, you'd probably want to check the sound tipe's weakness before getting a bad surprise in battle
I think sound is weak to dragon because of the original grass fire and water fairy is strong to dragon but is weak to sound dragon is strong to sound but weak to fairy and sound is strong to fairy and weak to dragon
The sprites in this game are lovely, the only sprites I dislike are the character sprites. The characters don’t give off a generic 2d Pokémon game vibe. But still I think, besides that, the graphics are pretty cool Edit: if you read this and thought I mean’t both character and Pokemon sprites I meant only character, the Pokémon sprites are pretty good. Edit 2: In the over world of course. I should type everything correctly first time, it’s a hassle editing everything.

Although looking at the starter types is interesting, because we know that Fire>Grass>Water>Fire is the weaknesses, since one of the starters was fairy and dragon, I'm thinking there is also weaknesses there in reverse where Dragon>Sound>Fairy>Dragon. So something tells me Sound will be effective against Fairy but either resisted or non-effective against Dragon. This is just a theory, but something I noticed.

I believe the sound type was added to balance out fairy and dragon, since dragon was originally only really good against... well, dragon. And fairy only having weaknesses to steel and poison was kinda broken, since it also had an immunity and steel and poison types aren't the most common in a playthrough team
before even picking starters i think the normal type triangle exists here. water>fire>grass>water but i think there is a second triangle too. dragon>sound>fairy>dragon. im excited to find out :)
This art style is better than most Pokemon games.. The new games just aren't evolving the series anymore in terms of gameplay/models.. (I really hate the 3D style)
Grass/fairy: I feel like it would be powerful to make up for all those weaknesses. Fire/Sound: Tralala, Trelele, Trilili (I chose Trishout and named it Trilili lol. Sound is weak to electric and dragon but is super effective to water and flying, so it's good coverage. Trishout isn't more op than the other two but all the starters are OP... like seriously, a Trishout and a Weavile, maybe with a ground type, CARRIES you through Eldiw) Water/dragon: It looks GOOD...
I would of picked the grass started for the design, but my favorite type is dragon, so I would have to choose the water type for my first play through loving this so far, hoping for more :)

Game definitely has issues. You guys should have checked the fonts and the full screen capability before releasing it. There are a few other issues as well, but overall a solid job. 7/10 (it would have been at least a 9 if you guys had fixed the issues)
Whoa I really love starters of this fanmade Pokémon game. Xenoverse looks amazing!. @aDrive Okay so I know this isn’t a fanmade game but how about if I told you that there’s a really amazing game that’s been on switch for some time now. It’s called Nexomon Extinction and it’s just like Pokémon too. It’s got an amazing story and some pretty cool and funny characters. But best of all they also have their own kind of shiny charm know as Cosmic Charms with 5 of them being scattered across the game. They added two more charms in free dlc Along 46 new Nexomon with quite a few being legendary. I think there’s one certain legendary you’re definitely going to love if you ever consider playing the game in the future. It’s called Hexia it’s a wind type bug. You can shiny hunt Nexomon too. They’re called Cosmic. The further you progress in the game, the more of a chance you’ll get at encountering a shiny.
I downloaded it too, 10/10 would recommend. I chose the Water/Dragon starter for my own nuzlocke and it almost died against Clover lol. Turns out the Jigglypuff is resistant to Water types now.

PSA: For your own sanity, don't flick through your achievements too quickly. It can cause a runtime error and crash your game.

All the starters look cool. I'm drawn to Shulong and Trishout. (I think I'd go with Shulong for dragon. I love dragons. =P) Though Trishout is so adorable. ^^
Also, dang, finally the Mom is a badass in a pokemon game. xD

Game definitely has issues. You guys should have checked the fonts and the full screen capability before releasing it. There are a few other issues as well, but overall a solid job. 7/10 (it would have been at least a 9 if you guys had fixed the issues)

@aDrive Okay so I know this isn’t a fanmade game but how about if I told you that there’s a really amazing game that’s been on switch for some time now. It’s called Nexomon Extinction and it’s just like Pokémon too. It’s got an amazing story and some pretty cool and funny characters. But best of all they also have their own kind of shiny charm know as Cosmic Charms with 5 of them being scattered across the game. They added two more charms in free dlc Along 46 new Nexomon with quite a few being legendary.
I think there’s one certain legendary you’re definitely going to love if you ever consider playing the game in the future.
It’s called Hexia it’s a wind type bug. You can shiny hunt Nexomon too. They’re called Cosmic. The further you progress in the game, the more of a chance you’ll get at encountering a shiny.

I downloaded it too, 10/10 would recommend. I chose the Water/Dragon starter for my own nuzlocke and it almost died against Clover lol. Turns out the Jigglypuff is resistant to Water types now.
