To the person who commented during this stream and said they've heard milk doesn't work for getting rid of the heat from peppers, and that water works better, you are incorrect. The fats and oils in milk cancel out the chemical in peppers that make them spicy (can't remember what they're called, don't feel like looking it up) and that's why whole milk works better than, say, 2%. Go out and buy the hottest pepper you can find locally and try it yourself. Water does almost nothing compared to the seconds of complete relief milk brings to the table.
