Hey Heather, Have you uploaded it to your signature yet? It can look lo-res when downloaded but once uploaded to your email it should look clearer. The signatures are created to be slightly lower resolution as this generally reduces the file size of images. Since low-resolution files have fewer pixels, they require less storage space and make your email file size smaller. This can be beneficial when sending emails and ensuring they don't bounce as some inboxes have a filter on email sizes. If you are still unsure about your email signature, would you mind sending me a screenshot so I can see how it looks and help you to resolve any issues. Thank you, Gen
It doesn't work on the Windows OS. Somehow PNG or JPG format is not supported when it comes to Gmail signature. I will see if I can convert it to HTML and see if it works
I there, sorry to hear it is not working on windows. Although this should not affect how Gmail works. These signatures have been working fine in JPG format as you can see in the video. You could try uploading the signature using your mobile. The only one nuance is that only one clickable link can be added when it is a JPG.
Heyy, if you drop me an email to hello@statelymembersclub.com with more details I'll try my best to help you get it working. If it's one of my templates, please drop in your order number too 😊
So helpful
Great job with the explanation ! You helped me a lot ....
Mine is showing pixlated/blurry. Any idea how to fix this?
