INTERVIEW | nbc reporter Emil Seibeb on Fishrot - nbc

Former Fisheries Minister and accused in the fishrot matter, Sackey Shanghala, says that the late President Dr. Hage Geingob acted outside the provisions of the Constitution when he appointed High Court Judge Moses Chinhengo to the bench.
The information is contained in a three-page letter penned to President Nangolo Mbumba by lawyers on behalf of Shanghala.
