The irony is that the rule was put in place because Norfolk didn’t like the rules at their disposal beck when the Swans had an illegal player on the field so the league changed the rules. Perhaps Norf should look into having someone counting the interchanges that can actually count. No one to blame but themselves.
The AFL always hands Sydney everything, free kicks, goals, games, premierships, brownlows, salary cap... The sheer fact that they don't win every single year just shows how bad they are.
