1more comfobuds pro connection problems

My problem was there was no light on the left earbud as if the battery was dead. When I checked the case one of the charger pins on left side was stuck inside the pin hole. As a result one of the charging connectors did not touch it's corresponding pin and the battery was dead on the left earbud. I just gave the case slight pad from the outside and played with the pin with my fingernail and there it was back in it's place.

I found out the solution!! You need another case from exactly the same earbuds and change for 1 pairing! Then go back to your complet:)

This is a systemic marriage. I also bought Aliexpress. There's a lot of marriage. Problem. No connection left earphone

@@hamzanemer4014 It needs to be disassembled. View the amperage of the battery. And order one similar to Aliexpress. But I haven't repaired mine yet

@@Trosamketh Disassemble the earphone. Look at the battery marking. Find a similar one in amperage. Replace the battery.

Press 8 seconds the bottom and forget the TWS form de phone. Then trie connect

I had the same problem when the first time pairing,then I let them to charging for awhile and it can connect properly

@@atajanatajanov8592 I had not fixed it I just returned them and asked for a refund. If you could ask your seller to replace them with a new pair, I suggest you grab it 'coz these buds ard really good.

Place both earbuds back to the case and then press 3 times the button. It will reset the connection and when you connect to the bluetooth again they should both work. At least for me did work.
