Two different things, the brown one is called amala, why the white one is called fufu as you already know. amala is made from plantain, why fufu is made from cassava.
You all have fancy plates glace napkins but where is the knife and falk even if is africa. By the way chicken is too hard cook it better and have something to put the bones😶
Amala and Fufu is not eated with Cutlery! It would take all the deliciousness away. Dont Command other People how to eat! Either you like it or you leave. The World is big enough that everyone can go his own Way.
