I don't know where you picked up your physical exam skills, but you are profoundly accurate. Not only that, you have a confident and reassuring demeanor that would make actual patients feel very at ease. I have seen much less effective bedside manner from many medical students. Kudos all around.

Love your videos but just so you’re aware, arthritis can effect any age. I’m 32 and have had rheumatoid arthritis for the past 15 years. There’s many young people with all different forks including the “old age” arthritis-osteoarthritis
Just another little factoid, I love how you mentioned that it affects all ages! I love their videos too, however Osteoarthritis affects different parts of the body, not just in old age in the knee. It can affect the jaw joint known as the tmj and in my case it can be very severe, osteoarthritis by definition is degrading by the end of the bone(I believe that’s the main idea of it) otherwise you had a really great point! I love that you mentioned something!

Damn, I wish I could get away with washing my hair every 4-5 days. I wake up and it's a rat's nest. I have to wash it everyday to look presentable to the people.
try some products to help, the reason those people can go that long without washing is partially because their scalp has adjusted. If you wash frequently, your scalp produces oil more frequently
what do you wash your clothes in ... the sound is amazing .. i could go to work and send people to sleep walking around sounding like that ..funny ..👍😆

It distracts the patient, forcing them to relax their muscles and making it easier to illicit the reflex. But also I’m not a doctor. So this is my best explanation as I’m aware.
