I have finally seen someone who talks to their dog as much as I do to my staffie Dexi (sometimes she is the only person I get any sense from!) She says hi to Sherpa, I think she is a bit jealous of all the treats he gets through the post, not that she is hard done by even the butcher gets me to buy stuff for her now!

We need to get you one of those smaller sized insulated backpacks that you can put a few cold waters & bowl in it for long walks. My Newf would go thru 3-4 bottles on our walks (used a Tupperware container because they weigh nothing and are a little flexible. I found sometimes I was happy we had them when we took short breaks as well. Good for holding quality treats on the road too! 😉

I am no expert but the mysterious food package could be Biltong, a type of dried cured meat. I might be a little cautious about it not being in sealed packaging, but that's just me. Looks like Sherpa's limp is a little better. 🐾💙👏 So sweet to see him playing with a toy.😘

Look into getting a Sawyer portable filtration that will fit in the van. Lots of folks do that in their custom builds for vans or small pop ups.

The changes to the van sound great, one of those things where you work out what you really need the more you use it, can't wait to see it with the windows in the back so you can appreciate the views from all sides. Love the handmade journal/album from Helen, it is so lovely and thoughtful. The canvases from Lauri are stunning, but it is hard to take a bad picture of Sherpa, very thoughtful and will look gorgeous on the wall. I sent the Kong toy, they won't let you put in gift messages on some things so I sent a message but your secretary obviously forgot to to tell you, haha. The van is looking great! I think you're right about having that back alley for extra room. Also, if you have an iPhone, you should be able to swap the front-facing camera by 1) Launching the Settings app, 2) Scrolling down and select Camera, 3) Toggling the switch next to Mirror Front Camera to the green OFF position.
