He apologised because he got caught. I don't think he's a hardened-criminal, but possibly some community service might be more appropriate. Maybe cleaning-up glass from pavements.
He would have spent more time in booking and discharge then in the actual cell. And imagine what the guy feels like serving 5 years for smoking marijuana on his back porch and this dude only gets 50 minutes for actually causing damage and fleeing from the police.

I can beat this. I was sentenced to jail for failure to notify change of keeper on a vehicle, i was jailed at the back of the courtroom for about 5-10 minutes while another case was being processed.

I think 50 minutes in jail is enough because I have a ton of classmates who have broke a ton of windows and only have been grounded for like a week but like it's not that bad day we're just grounded that their electronics took him away and it

I broke a window and got 24 hrs and 6k down the hole. Hell no and the window I broke was already broken it was held together with tape and cardboard..... God damn I'm feeling a bit cheated out. Oh and felony for trespassing... fuck up shit man
