I think Hydro needs an epic outro. If so, I guess it goes like this: As Hydro finish off Blaze, god-like powers enters inside him, fixing his misfunctiononal systems. Then, he wonders as to why he was in the desert, alone and malfunctioned. With newfound powers, he challenged Sektor for leadership. Sektor lost, and before Hydro kills Sektor where he stands he asked him why he was in the desert. Sektor replied that it was the only way to get him from becoming any stronger than Sektor, before his head was cut off from his body.
Hydro, once a proud member of the lin kuei , was finally had his free will returned to him, and he vowed to destroy sektor for using as a puppet. Ending: after defeating blaze, the power flowed through him , enhancing his power tenfold, he Flooded the pyramid drowning everyone who could Oppose him and had finally destroyed sektor.

And he was tested against Sektor and Cyrax until; thanks to Sektor, Cyrax was able to finish him. (Mortal Kombat: Legacy)
