So great seeing you at the beach Erich. Great video as always. What a blast it was. It was definitely a lot of guys but tons of targets. So cool that you and Ralph found twin class rings 6’ from each other. Hopefully see you out there again soon. 🏴☠️🙂PM
Isn't it weird how often there are clusters of same denomination coins? Most often quarters or dimes for me. 1st nickel spill (10) last week. Tnx for taking the time away from actual detecting to do your videos. I suggested the small speaker near mic (with a custom 'Y' adapter if using corded headphones) solution to multiple tone-less YT channels a year ago. 🤪
Nickel spills are a rare occurrence. Yes you did plant the idea, way. I've played around with a few different setup and wasn't happen. This is the closest I've been able to get. I'm actually using the headphone so I'm still wireless to the detector. The speaker is a little different sounding than the 900, but I think it's close enough. I'm going to make a solid adjustable mount so I can play with speaker/mic orientation/distance. The good thing is the ML-85's work with the Xterra too.
@@SeekandDetect - I didn't remember if I'd mentioned my add-speaker idea to you. I'm glad that it got to someone who's technically proficient enough to run with it. The result sounds good. I didn't notice that it was any different from my Manticore's. Great work!
"Hey why can't you guys detect on the beach anymore in California? Oh, 30 guys were out there detecting and didn't fill one hole up. Some hi and mighty was running on a beach and blew out his ACL on one of the thousands of holes that weren't filled in." It's easy. Throw some sand in the hole for all our sakes.

There's Mike and Daniel!
That be them!
I was out in CA this week, detected LA Jolla and Carlsbad, and didn't see one other detectorist.
How'd you do? I dont get down that way often enough.
@@SeekandDetect La Jolla was much better than Carlsbad. Some jewelry and a lot of coins.
@@SwingAndDigIt some jewelry and coins sounds like a successful outing!

The bullet looks a lot like a lot of fired ones I find.
I've found a few in perfect shape, i assumed they were shot straight up. This one had to to have hit something.
@@SeekandDetect I just checked, I have three with that diagonal smush. I assume it's a glancing blow.
They all have copper jackets.
Is it a 1970 quater.??.
The silver looking one? Was a ‘67😏
To be honest with you,I could care less about hearing the beeps,I'd just rather see what you find
I had to stop watching because i disliked all the unfilled holes. 👎👎👎
🙁
