At 4:57-the sign “NO TRAIN HORN”: Never saw a sign of that wording; how does the rail line not have trains sound the horn approaching that crossing?
There might be a school nearby- or a neighborhood. The city doesn’t want noise pollution in those areas.
But car driver aren't gonna know there is a train if the car is on the track so it had a collision
