I called them and they told me they will give me a new meal. I was like no thank you, I can't eat now. Sorry that happened to you.
I’ve only been in Barbados for a few years but I realized there’s something about phone calls that bajans don’t like. It’s like businesses for some reason always give you the runaround on the phone but then when you have to pickup yourself and go in person then they want to decide to work. I’m sorry there was fly eggs in your food, I definitely won’t be eating at Chefette anytime soon.
I found piece of metal in my roti once. I was sharing it with my child. As soon as i saw it, i called and asked to speak to a supervisor. They asked what the problem was. I started to explain and they told me i needed to speak to the manager. The manager came on the phone and i explained. They invited me to bring it back. I got dressed and drove all the way back. The manager apologised and asked if I'd like the order replaced. I declined and i jus asked for some icecream cuz quite frankly my appetite was gone and thought tht was the safest option at the time. Manager was a very nice man though.

You lucky because I had misfortune three different times at Chefette slug in salad rotten roti just as I brought it and they gave me a box of chicken fly in the orange juice and I was still in Chefette so I showed them when they looked the container they squeezed the juice out of had more flies so they took it down and thank me for telling them
I totally agree. But after trying to speak with them and nothing. I thought at the time, they would’ve done nothing. So I gave my dogs the rest of the chicken. And only had that one video where I broke open the chicken and found a lot of fly eggs down inside the bone. It’s only the next day when I posted that same video to TikTok and it started to pick up I got messages telling me go back, and don’t let it done there. I have an update in part 2 I will post next Sunday.

And chefette food IS NOT ALWAYS FRESHLY DONE, they warm over and reuse food that doesn’t sell for the next day. Ask a worker what they do with the extra chicken that ain’t sell. Cause not even the workers can take it home UNLESS they pay for it.
That’s just ridiculous chefette needs to give you back your money and further more why they hiding and giving you the number to the same branch you visited. This is distasteful they need to do better.
