Welcome to the 3rd Vlog of the East Asia Series, and today we are going to explore Hong Kong as it is our first day in Hong Kong. We will find the best place to get currency exchanges for the best rates, The Best location and place to stay in Hong Kong on a budget, and we will give you a room tour of the hotel where we are staying in Hong Kong.
We will be exploring Hong Kong by Using Public Transporation and going to Tian Tan Buddha also known as Big Buddha. Big Buddha is one of the must-visit places in Hong Kong and people take the 360-degree gondola ride to reach the Big Buddha Statue. We also have plans to explore the best street markets of Hong Kong, especially Temple Street and we will also find out how expensive is hong kong by visiting some shopping malls or departmental stores in Hong Kong. To explore the nightlife and see the skyscrapers of Hong Kong we will go to Victoria Harbor to see the Symphony of Lights Show.

Which metro station did you exit in Tsim Sha Tsui? Did you had to change the metro to reach Tsim Sha Tsui from Tung Chung, like we have her in NCR yellow line, blue line? What were the name of the metro lines you used to travel? Thanks.

on 1st day u directly went to tian tian buddha, without keeping ur bags in hotel, really hats off to u after such a long tiring flight, that bag storage pro tip was good, thanks. looking forward for much more content in a week(at least 2-3 videos)

Crystal+ is private cable car with max 8persons costing 2850$ one way.
Crystal cable car is 350$ return and 235$ one way to buddha.
Standard single is 195$ and round trip is 270$.
Just traveled today with Crystal round trip and it was worth it yet would recommend standard cable car for budget travelers as only difference between standard and Crystal is glass bottom

Hey nice video..one question there are three types of luggage counters small medium large ,,,we have two sliding luggages which ones to select and website says cost is per 2 hours. How much time it took you to visit buddha statue and collect the luggage??
The place where we stored had 6 hours limit and it took us around 3-4 hours
From Tung Chung how you went to Tsim Sha Tsui. The MTR rail map doesn't show a straight line connection between these Tung Chung ans Tsim Sha Tsui stations. Did you change metro in-between these 2 stations?
Yeah we did change and we took help from metro staff in finding the right line

You missed taking the cable car ride..to big buddha i feel it's totally worth the cost... It gives u aerial view of hongkong airport as well as beautiful scenic mountains also the bridge that goes to Macau...

What was the quality of vegetarian food. Was it Hk/Chinese or I dian vegetarian food.
It was HK/Chinese and in chunking mansion you can get Indian veg as well, in HK you can spot many indian restaurants

Thirdly whether same MTR cards works for buying Airport Express and other trains?
4th please tell me if you had converted your INR to USD first in India and then USD to HKD at Hongkong Airport or where.
5th are HKD available in India and which method of conversion to HKD is easier and less expansive.
6th what is Klook App. Is it cheaper to buy through Klook or tell about any other App for buying tour trios in HK.
