I'm not the kind of person that shares the reason of my emotion or even just the "bad" emotions like being sad, mad and more. I mean it shows when I'm happy and all, but when I'm sad it's really difficult to talk about it so I just go and cry in a corner. But this video just made me open up, to myself. I know myself very well and most of the time I just know what do to when I'm stressed, sad, etc and how to prevent it. But this, this video made me say it out loud, as if talking to someone, probably myself. But just saying everything that's been in my hearth and mind, and letting myself cry about it really helped. So yeah thanks haha, I always talk to much and I just shared way too much to strangers right now (haha my bad), but yeah thank you.
