A Record Label is a company, hence management skills are required to run such a company...just because u can sing/rap doesn’t mean you can run a company....that’s y almost every artist owned campanies fall apart...it happened to K.O with Cashtime, Cassper wit family tree, Kwesta wit Rap lyf, Stogie T wit Motif, Mampintsha wit WestInk, DJ Sbu wit TS...But we do have artists who can actually run their labels like the likes of DJ Tira
