These are very valuable rules for anybody who wants to get rich. Unfortunately, most people who will watch this video will not really be able to apply the principles. We may not want to admit, but as Warren Buffett once said, investing is like any other profession-- it requires a certain level of expertise. No surprise that some people are losing a lot of money in the bear market, while others are making hundreds of thousands in profit. I just don't know how they do it. I have about $89k now to put in the market.

Home prices will come down eventually, but for now; its best to offset some of your real estate investments and get into the financial markets or gold. The new mortgage rates are crazy, add to that the recession and the fact that mortgage guidelines are getting more difficult. Home prices will need to fall by a minimum of 40% (more like 50%) before the market normalizes. If you are in cross roads or need sincere advise on the best moves to take now its best you seek an independent advisor who knows about the financial markets.

By being knowledgeable about money and investing, individuals can make informed decisions about how to save, spend, and invest their money. The best course of action if you lack market knowledge is to ask a consultant or investing coach for guidance or assistance. Speaking with a consultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my portfolio to about 65% since January, even though I know it sounds obvious or generic. I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business at the moment.

If you wanna be successful, you must take responsibility for your emotions, not place the blame on others. In addition to making you feel more guilty about your faults, pointing the finger at others will only serve to increase your sense of personal accountability. There's always a risk in every investment, yet people still invest and succeed. You must look outward if you wanna be successful in life...

Felt it directly, because I have good companies bought, but instead of making profits I've lost over $378k of my initial $620k portfolio since a year. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future. Putting our time and effort in activities and investments that will yield a profitable return in the future is what we should be aiming for. Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. "You're not going to remember those expensive shoes you bought ten years ago, but you will remember every single morning when you look at your bank account that extra 0 in there. I promise, that's going to be way more fun to look at everyday", I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life too.

Wise... I was hesitant to watch this video. I thought it was going to be just another, "put your money somewhere and sit back and watch it grow," video! Thankfully, it was not.
Is it irony that I was watching this about half past midnight on a Sunday night as I was working on my own business? Maybe, and that's why I was worried this video was about shortcuts. I've been working hard for a couple years launching my new business. Not my first business. I worked hard when I launched those too.
As a custom web developer, and business turnaround consultant, I've worked with over 300 businesses most failed! The problem was almost always leadership. The problem people working for them, were symptomatic of something higher up... There are no shortcuts.
It's a breath of fresh air, to see ALUX didn't sell out (especially after the Bill Gates fluffing video), and the "AutoPilot" answer is effectively, "get used to working hard!" I love it!!!

I think I’ll pass on the wealth manager. We’ve seen far too many times where so-called financial/ wealth managers have left millionaires in ruin because of mismanagement and embezzlement amongst other illegal activities. But if y’all do decide to get a wealth manager, make sure you do a random “unannounced “ audit periodically to make sure none of that is going on and also to remind them that they can’t just do whatever they want with your money without someone finding out.

Elon Musk works 100 hours a week! Pretty much 24/7 too! Runs 6 companies simultaneously! Lives in his companies private jets and in his offices! Elon is a licensed commercial pilot and has been piloting private jets for over 20/years worldwide! Chineses chase jets see that it is Musk and they smile, like a friend, give him a wing wave!😊

We all have to be WISE on how we navigate life. Life is not a straight road, on the contrary, it involves a lot of twists and turns. Learning to accept this fact is crucial to be able to adapt and be resilient in life.

Giving 1% of your wealth to a wealth manager can get expensive target quickly. Unless you're ultra-rich and have access to the best of the best, I'd stick with just tracking the market, and talking to an advisor periodically get advice.

S&P 500 is not a good investment when taking into consideration the real inflation rate which is from 7-14%. You will be preserving your wealth at best, not growing it. Opting out of the fiat system and saving in Bitcoin is a better savings/investment strategy.

Alert:. Masterworks. Think about it: there is a reason there is the phrase 'starving artist'. Unless you know what you are doing it is just buying a piece of a sinking ship. As Warren Buffet says: Only invest in what you understand.
