Went back to our dealership two days after delivery of the new van, and asked them why it was so difficult to fill the fresh water. They said “oh, you don’t have the nozzle attachment?” Ummm, well, NO! So, they sold us a $8 hose attachment that is kind of like what you see on a gas can, that fits down nicely in the hole and helps keep the water from spilling out while you are filling it.

Great video! The dealer updated our firefly version and all the water tank levels lost accuracy, so filling the fresh water tank is a guess.
