Before inserting the inner tube, inflate it with few air then wipe the rim with soap water especially the tire is brand new. Also put grease on the spindle of the crank before inserting inside the bottom bracket.
That is what im thinking too, maybe this guy is not really a bike mechanic, hes just making this videos for views. He did not even put gease on the cranks spindle before inserting it.

Partially inflate the tube before inserting. It prevents twists.

I think most people won't use suspension fork on a folding bike because they are quite heavy compared to rigid ones

Don't know. But it's a great bike. I've ridden one. It's fast and very rigid.
