ok but where should your alts be when your main reaches 1445

First I recommend you to push your main more.
After that try to consider the raising alts.
If you can afford more alt, I recommend you to park at 1370 first.
And wait, accumulate more mats and gold for honing, push to 1415 or higher. (Of course doing the Argos raid)

If your main is not 1460, then your alts should be parked at 1370. Once you push your main to 1460, you unlock the tier 3 stronghold honing buff which you can then push your 1370 alts to 1400 first for Argos so you don't need to bus. Once you reach 1400 on all your alts, you can then decide to push your main or push your alts to 1415/1445 unless you have a 2nd main which most likely is one of your favorite alts to play. I'm currently doing this right now unless you want to push for clown which in my case, I don't really care if I do clown now or later in the future which is why I parked my main at 1460. If the Argos requirement changes from 1400 to 1385 after the new change, then 1385 would be good instead of 1400.
