It is very complicated , and deep in history , but Celtic are Irish and from a catholic background , rangers (the Huns) are just the servants of their English masters hence their red white and blue . This divide goes back to the 1600’s and reflects to this day the utter hatred between the two groups of fans . It's not so much about religion, but particularly about history and politics. Celtic was founded by Irish immigrants who came to Scotland during the Great Famine. When they came to success quickly, all the British loyalists and unionists started supporting Rangers. The rivalry between these two clubs is basically the Northern Irish War, but on the pitch and in the stands. It's Ireland versus the British Empire. This was illustrated quite well not too long ago when the Queen died.

I beat the 💩out of a rangers fan for making an sexually inappropriate comment about my young son. Then him and his dad jumped me when I came out of a shop. I was fighting with them in the middle of Main Street about 7pm, I don’t mean to brag (aye I do😂) when I got on top of the dad he shouted, GET UR KNIFE OUT AND STAB HIM! That made me stop what I was doing. The next minute is actually a blur but I remember the 2 of them running away. The chicken💩 stabbed me in the lower back. That was the second time I had been stabbed by one of THEM. The first was a broken bottle at nearer the top of my back but was drunk then so don’t remember much about that.

A lot of people talking a lot of sht. The very first Celtic and Rangers game which Celtic won ended with both teams going back to a chapel hall for a meal. It wasn't until the great depression in the 20's 30's that a razor gang called the "Billy boys" led by a facist called Billy Fulerton the guy who started the Glasgow branch of the KKK attached itself to the deceased club Rangers and that is where the trouble today comes from.
