No one is even considering Russian equipment anymore, we are just trying to keep them happy for our legacy equipment. You don't see the Air force recommending Russian Jets nor are they happy with the current one.

HAL have to wait for their availability . If they r costly then had to adjust budget and demand more money from govt. All these took time and delay in supply. When all these imported components r in hands with all prior permissions . Then it will not take more time to deliver . I called this as fully received order .when u don't have to wait for anything.
