I think it says it is open to the public at 21:00 and I went in 2 minutes before and one of the fisherman turns around and says to me "This is a restricted area"...I ignored him and just chuckled, but I did have a brief conversation with him when I left a few minutes later

Ah yes, the restricted and protected area up at the front.. I didn't see anyone pulling in big fish while I was there.

we call it 'bank holidays' in the uk and we had our last of the year on august 31. won't have another until christmas day now.
