Daigo is obviously not prepared for a high-level Menat. He simply didn't have a solution. But what can you do? This is the first time I think a Menat shows up in top 8 in any major tournaments.

C'mon, daigo did the same routine to every opponent he faced by shooting sonic boom n flash somersault. Otherwise, if infilt had face tokido, the game would've been a whole lot different.
Clemmy Magee Daigo can't adjust his tactics or strategy the same when capcom nerfed ryu. He's struggling eversinced just like infilt. Main character crisis where daigo n infilt can't accept the changes except adapt. It's always good to test everyone instead of just sticking to one main character. It's about countering ur opponent, exploring every possible options to level out the playing field. I give infilt n moimochi props for that. N for Justin Wong, He's an open blue print for tokido's ass whipping considering how many times he humiliated Justin Wong as he did punk at evo2017. People never learned to adapt.

That is how Infiltration choose his character as always, start with Nash until this, all such an annoying characters. Keep the gap and ambush, test opponents' patience, he did very well at this field. But sick to see as an audience.

in this match up is better,better dash 3f normal ,guile was turn off by menat defense ,guile gameplan based on sonic booms without them he is a low tier character.Menat turn off all the projectiles from guile side,it was certain that daigo would have lose this game.
That Menat critical art, I don't mind its range but damn not getting cancelled despite a projectile heading her way is just too op imho especially at the hands of no less than infiltration.
to be honest, Daigo played well in Evo Japan 2018. Look at how he played against Tokido says it all. It's just matter of time before he figure out how to deal with this.

Daigo figured out Decapre in sf4, im pretty sure he ll do the same with menat.
Infiltration never yet deploy his super combo 47hits you guys have to admit this who strong who can stand through the final battle
