Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba takes over office as New Chief of Defence Forces

General Muhoozi Kainerugaba has taken over the office of the chief of defence forces and vowed to fight the evil of corruption and mismanagement of UPDF resources.
General Muhoozi made these remarks at the handing over ceremony which took place at the 4th division headquarters in Gulu.
