In todays video I will be showing you how to WIN at Vampire Survivors Boss Rash mode with a few tricks of the games mechanics! Boss Rash mode is essentially a boss RUSH mode where you face off against each of the stage bosses one by one until you are victorious!

I guess not 😥 but my guess for why all those items are out there is for when you use the arcana card (VII or VIII I think) that brings all items on the map to you every 2 minutes.

There isn't I'm afraid (that I know of anyway) the above answer makes sense regarding the items though.
