Good on you for helping your dad get into shape and stay strong, he’s doing a killer job. We should all aspire to be strong and fit well into our 40s and over. it’s never too late to start either.
Doing same training program with my dad. Hardest part is actually getting him in a calorie deficit as I have no idea how much he eats at work, and he usually misjudges the calories.
dude, some dads are just so real like that. my dad gives off serious "dwayne the rock johnson" vibes and i can't get enough of it. assuming it's true that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, then consider me inspired
thank you for the video , appreciated it , and awesome that you're spending time with your father , awesome bonding , priceless memory , hello from Miami , FL 🌴
I've tried the high intensity low volume approach. It doesn't work for me, I get quite persistent exhaustion afterwards and I hate that state. Now I go for lower intensity, low volume, but two times a day. Feels much better, and I have given up on building very large muscles.
Hey man, one of the mindset shifts that has best served me in my life is that whenever I run into something that doesn't work for me that works for others, I automatically assume that I have a knowledge deficiency and am missing something in the equation that others who have made it work, have. So before claiming it doesn't work for you, I would question whether you had all of the pieces of the equation in place required to make it work.
@@polarityfitness trust me, I tried quite a few tweaks and adjustments. Of course there is always something more to know and try. But at some point you give up. As long as I'm significantly stronger, larger and healthier than most I'm happy.
yeah, he's on trt alright. testosterone REGENERATION therapy. aka "lift hard, eat clean and sleep long." it's not rocket science, just sports & exercise science
