How to convene a Common Law Court in your community. It is very easy to do. All you need is to follow a simple 12-step procedure. You can read the 12 steps on the Common Law Court website, commonlawcourt...
    These are the 13 steps:
    STEP ONE: Compile your Case
STEP TWO: File a Notice of Claim of Right
STEP THREE: The community comes together to elect the Court in to being
STEP FOUR: Those elected swear the Oaths of Office
STEP FIVE: A pre-trial conference is held. The Adjudicator brings together both parties in a pre-trial conference to settle the case prior to a trial. If a settlement is not achieved, after a period of not more than one week, this pre-trial conference will conclude, and the trial will commence.
STEP SIX: Issue a public summons to the accused
STEP SEVEN: The trial commences with opening arguments
STEP EIGHT: The main proceedings, each side personally presents their case to the Jury, there are no lawyers in a Common Law Court
STEP NINE: Closing arguments and summaries to the Jury and final advice to the Adjudicator
STEP TEN: The Jury retires to deliberate
STEP ELEVEN: The Jury issues its unanimous verdict and sentence, and a verdict must be unanimous, or the case is dismissed
STEP TWELVE: The Court adjourns, and the sentence is enforced it's that simple.
A Note on Common Law Enforcement:
It is understood that all able bodied people are obligated and empowered by Natural Law to assist the Court Sheriff and his Deputies in enforcing the sentence of the Court, including by ensuring the imprisonment of the guilty, the monitoring of his associates and the public seizure of the assets and property of the guilty and his agents, if such is the sentence of the Court.
This collective law enforcement is required in the interest of public safety, especially when the guilty party is an entire institution or head officers of that body.
The Common Law Court New Zealand National Team will provide guidance and education to any community that wishes to convene a Common Law Court. Please email us for any assistance support@commonlawcourt.co.nz
What will life be like as we reintroduce Common Law?
The aim of Communism has always been world domination. Socialism is just soft communism.
In New Zealand socialism has infiltrated every strata of our society from the top right down to the bottom. Communism always establishes itself by first destroying the social fabric of the society it is targeting, and then substituting socialist ideas instead.
If you look closely at New Zealand society today you can see Socialism at work everywhere. Fathers are deprived of their children by the courts, destroying family cohesion. Children no longer receive a decent education. So-called free trade agreements have destroyed the New Zealand farming and manufacturing sectors. But We, New Zealanders are a strong and resilient people.
Common Law is all about respecting others, doing no harm to others, and taking responsibility for your own actions. Common law courts are not just about punishing law breakers. They provide communities a way to resolve disputes peacefully through mediation, only when mediation fails is a dispute brought before a court for a 12-man and woman jury to decide a verdict.
By returning to Common Law we can hold the so-called government people accountable.
Human beings are social animals, we love to be together, work together, and play together. Common law will bring us together again.
We will be able to decide together which trade treaties benefit us, we will be able to revitalize our manufacturing, and agriculture to provide New Zealand goods and services for New Zealanders.
Socialism seeks to divide communities so that we lose touch with our humanity. We see this with the current Covid-19 so-called crisis. Social distancing is the first step in creating a permanent divide between us.
Any community can convene a Common Law Court to start resolving problems. Common Law Courts provide justice, community spirit, and harmony. Isn't that something worth striving for, and isn't it time that We, the People take responsibility for our own actions. Let's start filling up Common Law Court rooms everywhere to bring back truth and justice.
