The 12 day fast was one of the greatest things that I ever experienced. I was true to it completely because I was connected to true people of God. My cells, are new, there is a difference in my emotions. I'm relaxed and focused like I have never been. I lost half shoe size during the first "3" days of the fast. I can't tell it all.
