I was never taught the importance of prayer. After reading the word of God a little and praying in church, by the time I went to the university, the books and work life got in the way of my seeking God. The devil was after me. The devil almost killed me. The books in college are not healthy. In fighting for my life that is when I started praying trying to find God. I experience His presence like never before, I heard God speak loudly. I told myself the mistake I made was hoping that pastor will teach the truth on how to experience was they experience. But they don’t teach how long they pray, except Apostle Arome. God should me and Brought me to Apostle Arome. And I am experiencing things I never experienced before. I hate ungodly things because The Holy Spirit has made me hate Ungodly things.
I read the Bible daily because the Holy Spirit is training me.
I’m praying for more pastor to be more transparent in teach how to grow to that level.
Confront the flesh with prayer, and you see the flesh will be weakened.

You pray by the spirit.
You pray in Tongues for long hours
You can pray ten hours in the spirit in tongues not In understanding. The more you pray on the spirit the more the holy Spirit helps you to navigate in prayers. This you can't achieve in a day but as you set a daily target from 30 minutes to 1 hour on and on

Luke 6:12 and Luke 18:1 are part of references in the scripture. You should know that you cannot pray for 10hours in the flesh but the Holy Spirit takes over once you start after a while then you travel in the energy of the spirit to pray long

If you're honest with yourself you know there's no way you can pray 10hrs without vein repetition as the heathens.
Jesus said for they think they will be heard by their many words.
Arome's teaching on prayer is not supported by any biblical text but infact the biblical text is opposed to it.
He is talking about praying long in the spirit.
Praying for long hours is scriptural, have you read Luke 6:12 where the Bible recorded that Jesus prayed all night? An all night prayed will be between 5 hours to 9 hours depending on when you start, would you also jump to the conclusion that Jesus engaged in vain repetitions? James 1:19 admonished us to be swift to listen but slow to speak, but unfortunately many do otherwise on social media.
You LACK understanding of the word of God. Jesus prayed for long hours, Apostle Paul said "I prayed EXCEEDINGLY, day and night". That is why the gift of tongues is given
