Geshi la please can you teach on emptiness and how to meditate on emptiness as His Holiness Dalai Lama always advice us on meditate on compassion and emptiness. 🙏🙏🙏💐💐💐 Geshi la your teaching helps me so much on my anger. Geshi la you are precious , I never heard these teachings on Buddhism when I went to school, we just have to recite prayers like a parrot , don’t know about four noble truth , shantideva’s teaching and heart sutra.
