When i was a township road master we had one operator who screwed more equipment than he was worth. The best part was he never ran the grader we always had it to pull him out.
Backhoe is the way to go , or a dozer ! I used my Case 580 K & pulled out a loaded tandem axle Mack truck that tried to drive into a field & sank to the axles . No problem !
I've run equipment all my life including graders and can't see how it ran off the road there , its like someone wasn't watching where they were going lol
It looks awfully slippery... if you know anything about tires like that on industrial equipment is that they suck on any slick surfaces; the slightest slope and it'll slide if any little bit of spinning is happening. Guessing got a little too close to the shoulder and that was enough.
@@dirtpoorfarms...7034 looked like a greenhorn mess up ,couldn't see myself how . Dont get me wrong I've made my share of mistakes in my time , maybe tell the guy next time go off the road on a hairpin corner or steep hill won't look as bad lol
Interesting 😂😂😂😂😂 old mate needed to use the blade like like a paddle pull himself out with it as he's been towed and remember the diff lock 😂😂🇦🇺👍🇦🇺👍🇦🇺👍🇦🇺👍🇦🇺👍
I know all about that. We all do the best we know how for the situation we are put in. I'm sure you know way better than myself on some things and I bet I make you look like and idiot on some things. That's how it goes. Stay safe and I'll check your channel out later.
@dirtpoorfarms...7034 we've had hundreds of pieces of equipment stuck in the past 30 years, 99% of the time it's operator error and inexperience. An experienced operator can get most out, except for dozer's and rollers, those fkers need help getting out.
@dirtpoorfarms...7034 we have had a lot of things stuck plowing snow and the go to thing is the back hoe most times even in this video you don't have traction but the outriggers help a lot not to say that we have never chained the hoe to a tree that happens on slopes but I will put my money on a backhoe any day of the week over rubber tires. I once had a tractor trailer that needed pulled out when the driver told me that I would never pull it out with the hoe I said that's the best chance you have and after pulling him out he was amazed. I knew that I couldn't pull it out with the tires because it was one of those snows when you plowed it off everything just turned to ice
Great video, and it's great how nobody knows what they are doing.
Thanks for watching.

😅
That just happened to me last week. Nearly the same type of ditch. Another Grader had to pull me out.

Rookie was turning around in the intersection and simply back off too far.... then he tried to get it out instead of calling someone experienced.

@@JamesBunn-b3w yep
They could tip the blade up on this side and have better access for digging
The diff lock is the green button on the right joystick
@horselakeranch for some reason it kept kicking out. Our 120 didn't do that.
Some of this stupid shit can be just a right of passage 😂
We’ve all done it
It’s weather or not will admit to it
You are are an honest person my friend. 😂
How did he end up in the ditch to begin with?
Rookie backing around the corner and slid off. That simple.
Slide the blade yo the low side and articulate the bsck end
where is this at frosen sticky ground is hard to pull on never ran a grader but lots of dozer seat time some stuck time to
Yes sir... very hard to get traction.
The m series don't have the hydraulic power the h did to help get out unfortunately
The H was a horse.

@@dirtpoorfarms...7034 🤣🤣🤣 Trouble is I pay the bills if my machines get damaged doing dumb stuff 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

@dirtpoorfarms...7034 everyone has a skill just a matter of finding it 🇦🇺👍🇦🇺👍🇦🇺👍🇦🇺
I have two of those cats and I know they will come out of anything by using the blade. Bump the rpm up .
I agree. It is the townships blade and we hated to abuse it more than mandatory.

@TheJudgeGTO agree. A good operator can do a lot. So can a bad one. 😅
@dirtpoorfarms...7034 you are correct however you don't want what comes with a bad operator 🤣🤣🤣, it usually costs to much.
Just another day tearing up the equipment working at any county across the country. You could add all of the IQS there wouldn't total 100
@@glenguthrie3739 when people don't directly write the check.... they don't seem to care.
Gonna take longer to clean up grader than pull it out
That it did.
I don't get it why not get either other bucket or a Dozer ???
Didn't have either
Flatten blade out
Ice road trucker style stuck in the mud
😁
Ya don't end up being a blade hand by grading roads someone else built
You would be correct.
If that hoe didn't pull out your big tractor wasn't either
Agreed

Lmmfao good entertainment
You should have been there.
I assume that’s a county grader??
Township.
@ i see!! nice grader.
Was/ is.
Just send the bill to the tax payers we are. Getting used to it
Thai would be me at a tax prayer. Didn't charge a dime.
Y’all need help … you hiring ?
Thankfully we have nothing to do with the township as of the 12th of January.
Lol this is going to be a setup video cuz these people can't be that dumb...
Right
If its county call another grader fir pull
It was our township
And how do you get traction , the other grader would just spin its wheels ! If one backhoe won’t do it use 2
Trump is back !
Walk like a duck
Half throttle rookie
Would have had u boys out of that in 5 minutes no backhoe that's u ain't in a bad bind
Thanks for the input
