Hi, if a user has EC2 FullAccess directly attached, but belongs to a group that provides RO access to EC2, can the user still launch an instance? If yes, should the RO logic explicitly deny user from launchign an instance?
Yes, a user with EC2 Full Access directly attached can still launch an instance even if they belong to a group with read-only (RO) access to EC2. The RO logic would not prevent the user from launching an instance because the user's Full Access policy overrides the group's RO policy. If the desired behavior is to restrict the user's EC2 launch permissions, it would be best to remove the user's Full Access policy and only allow them access through the group's RO policy.

Hi I have a doubt , if we have two different group like tester and developer and I am giving only necessary permission what tester can have and developer can have. If I am adding one user in both group like a( developer to do testing work)in this case does it conflict ,how it works?
